Chardonnay

PRODUCTION AREA: From the best Italian soil
APPELATION: Chardonnay V. Varietale Bianco
CAPACITY : 0,250 lt.
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Chardonnay grapes are softly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tank .The wines ages in big oak vats (“foudre”) with periodical lees stirring.
TASTING NOTES: Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections.
Intriguing nose with hints of tropical fruit such as papaya, mango and acacia ending with a touch of vanilla and sweet tobacco. The sip is pleasant, tasty, well balanced with a mineral vibe.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: White meat, elaborated fish dishes, semi-mature cheeses.


Chardonnay

Rosè
PRODUCTION AREA: Red grapes varieties from Italy
APPELATION: Rosé Wine
CAPACITY: 0,250 lt.
WINEMAKING PROCESS : Grape pressing, juice settling followed by alcholic fermentation; after 3 months wine is added with grape sugar and yeast and is re-fermented in autoclave at 12°C.
The wine is then filtered and then isobaric bottled.
TASTING NOTE: Bright Rosè with notes of wild strawberry, goji berry and a citrus hint of pink grapefruit. Juicy and well balanced in the palate with a pleasant mineral note.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Goes well as aperitif, with fish soups, fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables and fish courses.

Red

PRODUCTION AREA: red grape varieties from Italy
APPELATION: Mosto di uve parzialmente fermentato
CAPACITY: 0,250 lt.
WINEMAKING PROCESS : Red grapes are pressed and fermented to obtain a delicate red berry flavors. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in tanks.
CAPACITY: 0,250 lt.
TASTING NOTE: Faded red. Fresh nose of blueberry and wild strawberries. Lightly structured with mild acidity and tannins.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Fresh and moderately aged cheese, prosciutto and homemade pasta.


Red grape varieties

Sangiovese
PRODUCTION AREA: Rubicone area in Emilia Romagna region
APPELATION: Rubicone IGT Sangiovese
CAPACITY: 0,250 lt.
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Grapes are crushed and fermented with selected yeast strain for 7 days in stainlees steel tank. After the alcoolic fermentation the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and ages on the tank till is ready for bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Full bodied red wine with an elegant profile, notes of red berries, spices, and a lively and mineral acidity.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Goes well with moderately aged cheese, deli meats, homemade pasta with Bolognese .



Sangiovese

Moscato

PRODUCTION AREA: Rubicone area in Emilia Romagna region
APPELATION: Rubicone IGT Moscato Sparkling White Wine Sweet
CAPACITY: 0,250 lt.
WINEMAKING PROCESS : Grapes pressing, juice settling followed by alcholic fermentation; after 3 months wine is added with grape sugar and yeast and is re-fermented in autoclave at 12°C.
The wine is then filtered and then isobaric bottled.
TASTING NOTE: Fine and persistent perlage, notes of ripe pear and citrus fruit delicately sweet with a fruity aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent with desserts, petit fours and baked cakes.
